Shipping policy

SHIPPING

• Please allow 2-3 working days for packing and shipping.
• Domestic paid shipping is USPS Priority and free shipping is first class.
• Buyer will receive e-mail confirmation that their item has shipped this will include a tracking number.
• All items over $249.99 will also include signature confirmation in the shipping charge.
• USPS Express Shipping (overnight or 2nd day delivery) is also available by
  buyer request for an additional charge.
• Shoes will be mailed in original shoe box if indicated.
• My Secret Closet is not responsible for product once it has been shipped. For Buyers protection, consider purchasing shipping insurance.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We welcome International shipping. All custom forms are marked appropriately as new or used and valued at the amount you paid, minus shipping. We cannot mark items as a “gift” and customs and duties will be charged according to the fees/terms of your country.

Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the items price of shipping charges. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. If needed, please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to purchasing.

Confirmed Addresses: We will only ship to confirmed addresses.
