RESALE RETURN POLICY

We want all customers to be 100% satisfied with their purchase!  With over 26 years of excellence behind us in customer care and service, we are confident you will be pleased with your purchase and the service and care that goes into every transaction.  

  • Please review description and photos in detail. If you are unsure or have any questions, please ask before purchasing.
  • All sales are final and item is sold as is and in their current condition.
  • Absolutely no return, refunds or replacements, unless an item was clearly misrepresented. Returns will not be authorized for fit issues.
  • A Buyer would need to contact My Secret Closet within 48 hours of receiving the item if they feel that an item has been misrepresented. Please provide a picture of the item and send to Email address: staff@mysecretclosetboutique.com 
  • If My Secret Closet has not been contracted within 48 hours of arrival of your item, we will no longer be able to issue an RA# for returns. Please check all items upon arrival.
  • No items will be returned without an RA #. All returned shipping will be at the cost of the buyer. Item in return must be shipped back in the condition it was received and within 7 days of receiving your RA#. After receiving the item and verifying the seller mark,
     if we misrepresented the item, we will contact you about issuing you a store credit. Credits can be used any time and never expire.

Important: All return items must be unused, unworn, unwashed. Items must be returned in their original packaging. This includes hangers, plastic bags, hang tags on garment, shoe boxes, and dust bags, where applicable. Returns that do not meet these requirements will be sent back to you and no credit will be issued.

  • No items will be returned without an RA #. All returned shipping will be at the cost of the buyer. Item in return must be shipped back in the condition it was received and within 7 days of receiving your RA#. After receiving the item and

However, if the need arises you may return your unworn item within 7 days.

 

  • All returns will be issued in form of store credit that never expires. Buyer would need to contact My Secret Closet Email address: staff@mysecretclosetboutique.com within 48 hours of receiving the item for a RA #. No return items will be accepted without an RA#
  • After 48 hours of arrival we will no longer be able to issue a ra for returns so be sure to check your item right away. If My Secret Closet has not been contracted within 48 hours of arrival of your item, we will no longer be able to issue an RA# for returns. Please check all items upon arrival.
  • We may not be able to offer exchanges due to the limited quantities of a specific product. Once you receive your store credit you can purchase another fabulous item or the same item if it’s still available.
  • All returned shipping will be at the cost of the buyer.  When you ship your item back please email us the tracking number Email address: staff@mysecretclosetboutique.com we will immediately begin to process your return when the item arrives and you should receive store credit within 2-3 business days of arrival of item. We cannot be responsible for packages that are lost or stolen. We suggest you insure your return.

CLEARANCE MERCHANDISE

  • All clearance merchandise is final sale.

DEFINITION OF RESALE

  • An item that has been used or worn previously. A resale item with store tags attached can also be considered a pre-owned item but may not have been worn previously.

 

DEFINITION OF NEW

  • A brand new, unused, and unworn item.
